The Tampeño  Room

​

• The Tampeño Room is located on the 2nd floor of the Red Cap Cigar Lounge, 215 N. Main Street in Taylor, Texas. The Tampeño Room at the Red Cap Cigar Lounge is an exclusive lounge with great amenities including: 3 comfortable couches, a big screen TV, 2 bar tables with 4 chairs each, and a rectangular table with 4 chairs.

• The Tampeño Room is available for rental for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours.

• The Tampeño Room may be used for corporate receptions or meetings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties, groomsman parties, family gatherings, holiday parties, or any celebration that is approved by Red Cap Cigar Lounge management.

 

Rental and Deposit Charges

​

• The Tampeño Room is available for a minimum of two (2) hours.

• The Rental Charge for using The Tampeño Room is $250.00 for two (2) hours plus a $100.00 Security Deposit.

• The $250.00 Rental Charge includes:

  • Setting up The Tampeño Room

  • Ten (10) Hand-rolled Tampeño Cigars.

  • A dedicated Tobacconist to educate, clip, and light the cigars.

• Service tables for refreshments (soda, water, coffee) will be provided

• The big screen TV is capable of broadcasting presentation via computer or Air Drop. If a projector is needed, one can be set up for an additional $25.00 fee.

 

Additional Rental Hours

 

• The Tampeño Room may be rented for a maximum of four (4) hours.

• For each hour over the two (2) hour minimum, the charge is $100.00 per hour.

• The $100.00 per hour fee includes an additional Five (5) Hand-rolled Tampeño Cigars and the continued support of your dedicated Tobacconist to educate, clip, and light the cigars.

Security Deposit

 

• The Security Deposit of $100.00 is due along with the Rental Fee when the Rental Agreement is signed and The Tampeño Room is reserved for the Renter’s event.

• The Security Deposit of $100.00 shall be returned to the Renter within 24 hours of the completed event.

• The Security Deposit will be returned in full when normal clean-up of the Tampeño Room is completed.

• The Security Deposit, minus any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon The Tampeño Room by the Renter or Renter’s guests, and all other persons at the event during the rental period, will be refunded after repairs are completed.

 

Refreshments

 

• The Red Cap Cigar Lounge is the sole provider for non-alcoholic beverages used at the event scheduled in The Tampeño Room.

• These refreshments include: water, soda, coffee, ice, etc.

 

Refreshment Charges

 

• Water and Ice

  • $7.50     -  1.5 Gallon Iced Water in Dispenser with cups

  • $2.50     -  Lemon, Lime, or Cucumber Infusion

  • $5.00     -  10 pounds of Ice

 

• Individual Beverages and Ice

Soda Selection: Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, A&W Root Beer, or 7-UP

• $9.00     -  6-Pack 12 Ounce Cans

• $6.00     -  2 Liter Bottle of Soda with cups

• $12.00   -  12-Pack Small Water Bottles

• $5.00     - 10 pounds of Ice

 

• Hot Beverages

Includes Creamer, Sugar, Sweet & Low

• $20.00 - 12 Cup (2.5 Liter Insulated Pump) Hot Coffee

• $18.00 - 12 Total Individual K-Cup Selection of Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa

 

Use of Alcohol and Food

 

• Alcohol may be brought in by the Renter with prior approval by the Red Cap.

• Food may be brought in by the Renter with prior approval by the Red Cap.
